Sometimes a planner will plan outside Abilene and we will leave early and meet somewhere different. 

Attendees:
Please let the planner know if you are going and cannot make it to the bank.
This means if you are going straight to the restaurant let the planner know, and how many.
The planner needs the headcount so they can tell the restaurant how many seats will be needed.
