Entrees are served family-style with your choice of our housemade soup or garden salad, cream cheese mashed
potatoes, two fresh vegetables of the day, and honey buttermilk biscuits. Please feel free to ask for seconds on
any of our vegetables.
BURGUNDY MARINATED ROAST BEEF –
Our most popular entree. A burgundy wine marinated pot roast,
slowly baked with an abundance of herbs, carrots, and onions, until tender. Served with brown gravy on the side
just for your mashed potatoes. 14.00
RIO GRANDE CHICKEN –
A Hotel Limpia staple, flown in fresh daily from beautiful downtown Candelaria.
Spicy chargrilled chicken topped with a toasted mild green chile, melted Monterey Jack cheese, a grilled sliced
tomato and a mild green chile beurre blanc. 14.00
SPINACH LASAGNE ROLL-UP –
lasagna rolled with a combination of spinach, ricotta and Monterey Jack cheeses, spiced with nutmeg and oregano served with tomato sauce and grated Parmesan 12.00
CHARGRILLED RIBEYE –
At least twelve ounces of aged Ribeye. Chargrilled with our Limpia seasoning,
topped with a slab of melting butter and served with a grilled jalepeno on the side. 26.00

LEMON PARMESAN CHICKEN –
A boneless chicken breast that has been marinated in lemon then breaded
with an herb-parmesan coating, sautéed and placed over a lemon Dijon cream. 14.00
FRIED BEEF TENDERLOIN –
Our version was featured by Texas Highways magazine and is included in The
Hotel Limpia Cookbook. Battered beef tenderloin, chicken fried, and placed over peppered cream gravy and
served with a grilled jalepeno on the side. 18.00
PORK CHOPS AND CINNAMON APPLE SAUCE –
Thin and tender grilled or fried, you choose, we will
serve brown gravy on the side if you would like. 14.00
HOMESTYLE MEATLOAF –
Lanna’s spicy rendition of classic meatloaf with a delicious tomato sauce
that is very flavorful. 12.00
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN LIVERS –
You can’t get this Southern delicacy just anywhere! Lightly battered
chicken livers piled high and served with cream gravy on the side. 10..00
LIMPIA CREEK CATFISH –
Farm raised catfish filet served either deep fried with a cornmeal breading or
grilled and served over a bed of spinach with a lemon Dijon cream and capers. 14.00
